It is aimed especially at beginning programmers containing illustrative examples, but it is comprehensive enough to be used in a one- or two-term course taken by students with prior programming experience. Chapter 18 covers the writing of client programs based on reading the interfaces of several classes; then Chapter 19 discusses implementation and modification of these classes.
